Sales Manager Germany
Mission :

Reporting to the Sales Director Germany, the Sales Manager ensures both the management and development of the business in Germany for medium and low voltage solutions, including the management of P&L as well as the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy.

Main responsibilities :
  • Ensure the turnover and margin by effective implementation of the sales plan;
  • Manage the relationship between the company and customers to gain competitive advantages;
  • Provide guidelines to develop the Sales Plan and present it to the Sales Director;
  • Define budget and target priorities, and monitor, control, and forecast sales periodically;
  • Identify and qualify new customers and propose organizational development of business opportunities;
  • Recognize and implement the most commercially viable solutions for accounts;
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within the sector to foster relationships and opportunities.
Knowledge and experience :
  • Business or Engineering Degree; MBA is a plus;
  • At least 6 years of experience at electric manufacturing companies (transformers, control panels, power stations, switchgears);
  • Proven track record of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable results;
  • Good knowledge of the market.
