For a multinational, fast-growing company and leader in designing, producing, and commercializing industrial transformers, we are searching for a:

Mission:

Reporting to the Sales Director Germany, this role ensures the management and development of the business in Germany for medium and low voltage solutions. This includes managing P&L and achieving all commercial targets in accordance with the company's strategy.

Main responsibilities:

1. Ensure turnover and margin through effective implementation of the sales plan;
2. Manage relationships between the company and customers to secure competitive advantages;
3. Provide guidelines to develop the Sales Plan and present it to the Sales Director;
4. Define budget and target priorities, and monitor, control, and forecast sales periodically;
5. Identify and qualify new customers and develop organizational strategies for business opportunities;
6. Recognize and implement the most commercially viable solutions for accounts;
7. Develop thorough knowledge of clients' business and culture within the sector to foster relationships and opportunities.

Knowledge and experience:

• Business or Engineering Degree; MBA is a plus;
• At least 6 years of experience in electric manufacturing companies (transformers, control panels, power stations, switchgears);
• Proven track record of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable results;
• Good knowledge of the market.
