A leading company in the Industrial Components sector is seeking a Sales Manager in Germany to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth. This role involves maintaining existing business, developing new opportunities, and providing technical solutions alongside a dynamic international team. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Engineering and have significant experience in HVAC-Energy and Machinery sectors, demonstrating strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
Our client, a leading company in the Industrial Components sector, is currently looking for a :
Reporting to the local Country Manager and functionally to the BU Director / Directors, the successful candidate will be based in Germany but will work within a growing international team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for commercially managing and developing relationships with Customers mostly related to HVAC-Energy and Machinery sectors but will also support the other cluster when it needs (except for Automotive and Aeronautical).
The ideal candidate is accustomed to building complex commercial relationships with industrial clients and identifying market needs while ensuring maximum satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, he / she will constantly liaise with the internal Technical Office to identify the most appropriate technical product characteristics, supporting customers and proposing high value-added solutions.
