About the role:
As an Area Sales Manager at Industrious, you will drive occupancy and revenue growth across multiple flexible workspace locations. With qualified leads from our business development team, CBRE, and third-party brokers, you will nurture prospects through a top-tier sales process.
You'll be a great fit if:
- You enjoy face-to-face interactions with prospective clients. Conducting in-person and virtual tours to showcase our spaces is a key part of your role.
- You are highly organized in managing your sales pipeline. Ensuring prospects are followed up with and moved through the sales funnel efficiently is essential.

A day in the life:
Your day may include conducting successful in-person tours, reviewing pipelines with brokers, following up on tours, calling new leads, planning events, and discussing forecasts with your manager.
