Job Title: Field Sales Department Manager, Germany (m/w/d)

We’re a leading global online food delivery platform with a vision to empower everyday convenience. Our platform connects millions of customers with restaurants, grocery, and convenience partners worldwide, offering services like Friday-night feasts, post-gym meals, and grocery shopping.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and inspire the Field Sales team across Germany, managing over 50 professionals in 6 teams.
  2. Conduct business reviews with leadership to assess performance and strategy alignment.
  3. Collaborate with Sales Support and Account Management to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  4. Partner with Lead Management to generate high-quality leads and develop data-driven strategies.
  5. Build relationships with Sales Steering and Operations to align go-to-market strategies with global initiatives.
  6. Work closely with the Manager of Inside Sales to harmonize sales activities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in achieving ambitious goals in global, matrix-driven sales organizations, preferably in B2B2C environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in sales operations software, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
  • Fluent in German and English.
