We are hiring a Sales Manager in Stuttgart with extensive Freight Forwarding experience. In this role, you will develop a Book Of Business within the branch's geographical reach by implementing the company's commercial strategies and products to accelerate growth.

How you will contribute :
  1. Manage Book Of Business ensuring constant growth in volume, revenue, and margin.
  2. Liaise with branch operations to customize SOPs around client needs.
  3. Assist clients with export/import quotations and negotiations to close opportunities.
  4. Coordinate with DP World’s internal network and external partners to ensure optimal service.
  5. Maintain daily records in our CRM system to manage your pipeline and activity for incentive schemes.
  6. Possess a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  7. Have solid working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
  8. Research, identify, grow, and close business opportunities with support from product and operations teams.
  9. Prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  10. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  11. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
