Are you a Sales enthusiast who puts customers at the heart of everything you do? Then this might be the right opportunity for you. We are hiring a Sales Manager in Munich with extensive Freight Forwarding experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a Book Of Business within the branch's geographical reach by implementing the company’s commercial strategies and products to accelerate growth.

How you will contribute :

1. Manage Book Of Business ensuring constant growth in volume, revenue, and margin.
2. Liaise with Branch Operations to ensure proper SOPs are customized around client needs.
3. Assist clients with their daily requests related to export/import quotations and negotiations to ensure proper opportunity closing.
4. Coordinate with DP World’s internal network and external partners to guarantee the best service assistance.
5. Maintain daily work on our CRM system to manage personal pipeline and record activity for the Field Sales Incentive Scheme.
6. Hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar discipline.
7. Have solid, demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
8. Research, identify, grow, and close business opportunities with support from product and operations teams.
9. Prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines.
10. Possess intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
11. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, carriers, other forwarders, and vendors.
12. Be fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
