Goose Gourmet GmbH in Frankfurt is seeking a Sales Manager for Event & Catering (m/f/d) to convert enquiries into booked events through professional advice, quoting and persistent follow-up. The role is full-time with a 4-day week and starts immediately or by arrangement.

You will manage the entire sales process through to contract, collaborating with kitchen and event teams, to deliver premium catering experiences for brands and clients in and around Frankfurt.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, catering, hospitality or event management is preferred.
• Ability to advise clients and create compelling quotes.
• Excellent German and English written and spoken communication.
• Structured, independent and reliable work style.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on high-end catering and event concepts by phone and email.
• Prepare customized quotes and catering concepts.
• Proactively sell and follow up on open quotes.
• Manage the complete sales process through to contract.
• Document all client activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with kitchen, logistics and event teams.
• Ensure smooth handover of sold projects to event managers and freelancers.
• Contribute to optimization of sales processes.

Sales Manager Event & Catering (m/f/d), full-time with a 4-day week – €42,000–50,000 base salary plus 1% commission on the net revenue of every event you win, uncapped.

Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Sales Manager for our owner-managed catering company who turns enquiries from companies, agencies and brands into booked events – through personal advice, convincing quotes and consistent follow-up.

Since 2014, GOOSE Gourmet has been one of Frankfurt's leading premium caterers. We work for renowned brands in fashion, lifestyle, design, food, real estate, finance and industry – at partner and exclusive venues in and around Frankfurt and at our own venue, GOOSE Eventspace.

Your responsibilities als Sales Manager/in in Frankfurt

• Advising our clients on high-end catering and event concepts by phone and email
• Preparing individual quotes and catering concepts
• Active selling and follow-up of open quotes
• Independently managing the entire sales process through to contract
• Maintaining and documenting all client activity in the CRM system
• Working closely with kitchen, logistics and the event team
• Structured handover of sold projects to our event managers and freelancers
• Helping to optimise our sales processes

Your profile als Sales Manager/in

• Ideally experience in sales, customer service, catering, hotels, hospitality or event management
• You enjoy selling and communicating with clients
• Very good German and English, written and spoken, and a confident, professional manner
• A structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Confident use of Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for high-end events, good food and excellent service
• Team spirit and strong initiative
