A leading recruitment agency seeks a technical sales professional with expertise in electric vehicles within the DACH region. This role involves acquiring projects, managing customer relationships, and executing public tenders while focusing on sales strategy and market analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical acumen in vehicle technology and possess excellent communication skills in both German and English.
A technical or commercial degree is required, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest and ideally professional experience in the fields of electrical engineering and vehicle technology, particularly in electric vehicles or related sectors.
Experience in B2B sales and handling public tenders is advantageous, especially within the public transportation
Fluent German (business-level) and English (fluent) are mandatory
Customer-oriented mindset with flexibility and excellent organizational skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Actively acquire and manage projects and customer relationships within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), focusing on technical aspects.
Take full responsibility for the successful preparation and execution of public tenders related to electric buses in the public transportation sector.
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business goals.
Identify opportunities for technical and strategic improvements. Collaborate closely with international external development partners to develop and implement effective solutions.
Analyze industry trends and customer needs to support the development of future product offerings and the expansion of new business areas, such as commercial vehicles.
