A leading energy solutions company is seeking an experienced professional to manage distribution for DC and AC products and motivate the sales team. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business with at least 5 years of relevant experience, fluent in German and English. Opportunities for career growth and performance-based bonuses are available. The role is based in Munich but can also be performed from Delft or Amsterdam.

Welcome to our Business Unit EV Charging. We are a developing taskforce within Sungrow, helping deliver 360° solutions from PV energy to your mobility device.
Here are some of the tasks you would have:

  • Find leads for DC products
  • Manage distribution for AC products
  • Prepare tenders for EV charging projects
  • Manage and motivate the sales team
  • Manage key accounts and collaborate with other business units

This position can be performed from Delft, Amsterdam, or Munich. Other locations may be considered; let's explore options together.

Your profile
  • A degree in Business, BWL, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
