Job summary

HUMAN Biochemica und Diagnostica mbH in Wiesbaden seeks an International Sales Manager for Europe to expand the European sales and distribution network and drive market success. You will implement pricing strategies, monitor performance, and coordinate with partners to reach business goals.

You will travel extensively (about 50%), engage with customers and key opinion leaders, and contribute to growth across healthcare markets while leveraging your intercultural skills and strong negotiation

We are looking for an International Sales Manager - Europe (m/w/d) Location: Wiesbaden.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Expand and organize our European sales and distribution network
• Implement corporate strategies related to market positioning and pricing
• Plan, monitor, and analyze sales performance and profitability, while developing, coordinating, and implementing appropriate measures to achieve business objectives
• Visit customers and key opinion leaders together with our distribution partners
• Monitor and analyze market developments
