We are currently looking for a:

Sales Manager Europe (m / f / d)

Your responsibilities:

  1. Acquire new customers and develop new market segments in Europe.
  2. Secure new projects from existing customers in Europe.
  3. Handle inquiries and prepare quotations, including follow-up.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  5. Conduct price negotiations with key accounts.
  6. Organize trade fairs and exhibitions.

Your profile:

  1. Completed technical or reengineering university degree or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience, ideally in the foundry or machining sector.
  2. Sales experience in industries such as foundry, mechanical engineering, aerospace, energy, medical technology, automotive, large engines, hydraulics, or construction machinery.
  3. Experience working with Chinese partners or familiarity with Chinese culture is a strong plus.
  4. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese, or Turkish are desirable.
  5. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with customers, confident and professional demeanor.
  6. Excellent team spirit, independent work ethic, reliability, and high resilience.
