Sales Manager EMEA Industrial OEM Business

Specialty Printing & Technology Solutions (SPTS) license HPs world-leading thermal inkjet technology to OEMs for industrial applications. We enable our partners to transform industrial analog processing to digital printing and create new market opportunities with specialty industrial applications. We are now looking for a Sales Manager EMEA Industrial OEM Business (m / f / d) to join our European Sales Team.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Accountable for revenue growth top and bottom-line sales targets
  • Sales management and business development end-to-end for direct and indirect OEM accounts
  • Build long-term growth opportunities negotiating long term contracts for existing and new accounts
  • Establish professional working relationship up to the C-level and develop long term business partnerships
  • Optimize investments/partner compensation to ensure the best balance between strategic development and promotional tactics
  • Understand supply chain activities and actively participate in managing product supply and rollovers at OEM account level
  • Interface with both internal and external industry experts to anticipate customer needs
What are we expecting
  • University or Bachelors degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred and/or equivalent sales experience in industrial print business
  • 15 years of experience in the printing industry; minimum 10 years of experience in a management function
