We are currently looking for a Sales Manager – EMEA who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with retail and B2B partners, your focus will be on leading our regional sales team and scaling Lovehoney’s footprint across key EMEA markets. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for structured, customer-first sales leadership with your capacity for strategic expansion. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Account Managers focused on retail partner growth and campaign execution.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while strengthening performance in existing retail accounts across EMEA.
- Oversee launches, promotional planning, and in-store activations to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Define and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and KPIs aligned with retail partnership success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply, service, and product readiness for evolving customer needs.
- Champion insights from the retail landscape to improve internal processes, product offering, and operational excellence.
- Track and report performance by market and account, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Represent Lovehoney Group at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings throughout EMEA.
What You Should Bring
- Proven experience leading B2B or retail sales teams, ideally in consumer goods or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the retail ecosystem including drugstores, mass retail, grocery, and pharmacy.
- Demonstrated success in driving new business and growing existing accounts.
- Commercially savvy and experienced in scaling sales operations through data and structured tools.
- Skilled at turning customer feedback into cross-functional improvements.
- Strong communicator with hands-on leadership skills and a structured approach.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% across EMEA.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
