Sales Manager Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) (f/m/d)

To support the team, we are looking for a “Sales Manager EW (f/m/d)” for our Ulm location as soon as possible. The Electromagnetic Warfare sales department manages the sales activities of the EW campaigns for the HENSOLDT EW product portfolio including market views for product planning as well as competitive analyses for the product lines (development of target prices etc.).

• Capture management for campaigns in the EW area
• Establishment, further development and maintenance of the national and international customer network
• Creation of service descriptions and offers
• Conducting contract negotiations in collaboration with the program areas
• Preparing competitive analyses and incorporating market trends into the product lines
• Close cooperation with stakeholders such as Group Sales / Global Sales, Program and Engineering

Willingness to travel internationally for business is required.

• Completed studies in the field of economics or engineering or comparable training
• Experience in international sales and / or program management for electronic warfare
• Several years of experience in customer relationship management
• Proven experience in the defense and aerospace industry
• Knowledge of the EW business unit product portfolio is an advantage
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Business fluent in German and English
