YOUR ROLE

Sales Manager Eastern / Southern Europe (m / f / d)

YOUR TASKS
  1. Strategic expansion and sustainable development of the sales and service infrastructure in the Eastern / Southern Europe region
  2. Establishing and strengthening long-term business and customer relationships with a focus on distributors, service partners, and direct customers
  3. Researching, evaluating, identifying potential, and onboarding new sales partners to expand the existing external sales and service network
  4. Defining, planning, and implementing sales strategies
  5. Sales planning for the area of responsibility, including conducting planning meetings with regional sales leaders
  6. Creating and maintaining contracts with distributors (sales partners)
  7. Conducting joint customer visits and contract negotiations
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
  1. Completed training or a degree with a technical background, with experience in selling technical components or systems
  2. At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering or an innovative technical environment
  3. Management experience is a plus
  4. Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic work approach, with a strong hands-on mentality, high sense of responsibility and reliability
  5. Fluent in German and proficient in English
