Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf technischer Produkte.
  • Idealerweise Managementerfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld.

YOUR ROLE

Sales Manager Eastern / Southern Europe (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

  1. Strategic expansion and sustainable development of the sales and service infrastructure in the Eastern/Southern Europe region
  2. Establishing and intensifying long-term business/customer relationships with a focus on distributors, service partners and direct customers
  3. Researching, evaluating, identifying potential and onboarding new sales partners to further expand the existing external sales and service network
  4. Definition, planning and implementation of sales strategies
  5. Sales planning for the area of responsibility, conducting planning meetings with the heads of the individual sales regions
  6. Creating and maintaining contracts with distributors (sales partners)
  7. Conducting joint customer visits and contract negotiations

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

  1. You have completed training or a degree with a technical background and have experience in the sale of technical components or systems
  2. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering or another technically innovative environment
  3. Ideally, you have already gained some management experience
  4. You have an independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working, a strong hands-on mentality and a high sense of responsibility and reliability
  5. You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
