For our division Unilin Flooring, we are looking for a strategic and persistent Sales Manager for the growth of our DIY market in Germany and Austria.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the DIY segment.
Approach potential DIY customers and expand our customer base for our laminate and rigid flooring.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and rebate agreements.
Convert prospects into key accounts and nurture those accounts for long-term growth.
Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Represent Unilin Flooring DIY at events and customer meetings.
Act as a bridge builder between the different sales teams (direct, wholesale & DIY).
Who are you?
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the flooring/construction related industry.
Sales experience within DIY or wholesale is a must.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A long-term thinker with a persistent mindset.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Our office is based in Düsseldorf, so close presence to our offices is considered a big plus.
You are fluent in English and German.
Open for travel (25%).
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
