Role Overview :

The Sales Manager / Sales Director will be responsible for launching and growing operations in Germany, with a key focus on IT consulting services in the banking and insurance sectors. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the market entry strategy, drive business development, and establish a sustainable client base, with potential for career advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute the market entry strategy for Germany, focusing on identifying growth opportunities in IT consulting for the banking and insurance sectors.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive sales funnel, driving business development activities to build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical consulting teams to oversee service delivery, ensuring high-quality client engagements.
  • Work alongside the CEO and team to develop and implement a localized business plan, including recruitment strategies to build a capable German team.
  • Leverage existing client relationships and continue to expand the company’s network within the German market.
  • Report directly to the CEO, maintaining open lines of communication on strategy, market insights, and growth progress.

Requirements
