Fujifilm Healthcare Europe is looking for someone to join us as a Sales Manager working within our Digital Pathology business. The goal is simple; to build a digital pathology business primarily in Germany and to support the development of a digital pathology business in Austria and German speaking Switzerland.

The role encompasses the development of a Go To Market strategy, and the development of synergies with business partners.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Construct a Go To Market strategy (clinical segment & academic / research segment) for Synapse Pathology in the DACH region. (focus Germany)
  • Build a prioritised list of target accounts, and execute a sales driven approach to those accounts.
  • Work with the FEMI & HCDE Marketing Communications Manager to establish a marketing plan for digital pathology for the region.
  • Liaise with colleagues in HCDE to establish an upselling plan and a plan that explores synergies in those accounts.
  • Attend congresses in region that are relevant to the development of our digital pathology business.
  • Support the Sales Management team in Austria as they develop their digital pathology market.
  • Support the HCDE MI team with German Speaking Switzerland

Basic requirements profile :

  • Business management knowledge
  • Experience in sales
  • Qualified knowledge of the German healthcare market and its decision-making structures as well as experience in the sale of medical technology products requiring intensive consultation
  • MS Office knowledge and experience with a CRM system
