SALES MANAGER DACH (M/W/D)
We are looking for aSales Manager DACH m/w/d. In this position, you will be responsible for helping to guide innovation forward with your team, customers, and suppliers enabling them to create, make and manage their technology.
The role is sales focused and target driven. You will be responsible for securing new business and also maintaining an excellent level of customer service to current customers in German, Swiss and Austrian markets.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for leading, managing, coaching, and working with a passionate, dynamic, and engaged team.
Working collaboratively with multiple business units.
Working and aligning with key suppliers.
Taking ownership of the performance metrics, ensuring that we meet and exceed revenue, gross profit, demand creation as well as market share growth, for key suppliers and customers.
Ensuring all initiatives are successfully executed in the region. Focus customers, Top Opportunity along with associated marketing and business development initiatives.
Preparing and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Business plans and supplier development plans in conjunction with respective business partners.
Ensuring consistent delivery of management messages, actions, and programs.
Providing a positive working environment, through clear goal setting, motivational behavior enforcement and strong rituals and recognition programs to support team growth.
What are we looking for?
3-5 years at least of management experience.
experience in the electronics industry.
Fluency in German and English.
Ability to build internal relationships with key stakeholders in other parts of the business and communicate effectively at all levels.
Action oriented, problem solving, customer focused, and results driven.
Proactive approach: able to work independently, and as part of a team.
