Sales Manager (f/m/d) to expand our footprint in the

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional sales and marketing strategy
- Deliver impactful software presentations and product demos
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and partners
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and drive sales
- Lead contract negotiations and manage RFP responses
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and forecast sales activity

Your Profile
- Proven experience in software sales or tech-based solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Comfortable working remotely and traveling within the DACH region
- A proactive self-starter with a consultative, customer-first mindset
- Experience working with public sector clients is a plus
