As Sales Manager DACH – Digital Health (m/f/d) you will be responsible for driving digital initiatives within the DACH cluster of countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), working closely with the global R&D and Digital enterprise teams to ensure alignment with the global strategy. The role involves pre-sale, post-sale, IT security, and post-implementation support for customers in the healthcare industry. You will report to the General Manager DACH Cluster and will be a member of Vantive's Leadership Team of the DACH Cluster.

This role could be home based in Germany.

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with healthcare providers ready for digital services, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions based on Vantive's capabilities and digital offerings
  • Create value propositions and digital strategies for the cluster, ensuring they are aligned with the global strategy
  • Support the development and rollout of digital tools and services, focusing on organ support therapies
  • Collaborate with market access, government affairs, medical, and sales & marketing teams to ensure reimbursement and policy influencing is done as needed
  • Foster strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals, focusing on patient engagement and education
  • Provide IT security guidance and support to ensure data privacy and security compliance
  • Support pre-sale, post-sale, and post-implementation activities for digital solution
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field - advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a Digital Solutions Lead or similar role within the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of digital trends and technologies in the healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement digital strategies that meet business objectives
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and regulations
  • Understanding of the healthcare reimbursement and policy landscape
  • Ability to travel as needed within the DACH specified cluster of countries
  • Excellent English and German language skills
