We are partnered with a large life sciences organisation, globally renowned within the healthcare space, their well-established bioprocessing business unit is experience growth across Europe.
They need a Sales Manager DACH for selling their regularly expanding portfolio particularly in biologic drugs to new customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Territory Sales Plan within the territory
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities directly with customers to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and key accounts.
- Develop new target accounts across the territory in coordination with the commercial team
- Lead sales negotiations involving technical and procurement teams, Manage the sales pipeline
- Support customers as they progress from lab-scale to full process scale solutions in the clinical pipeline.
- Coordinate with Business and Market Development teams to share accurate and timely product, market, and competitive information.
- Assist in creating sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide Manufacturing and QA / QC teams with timely information to support forecasting, customer complaint resolution, and facility audits.
- Carry out all field sales activities, including customer visits, technical presentations, quote preparation, and contract negotiation.
- Plan, attend, and follow up on trade show events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in the Bioprocessing market is a must
- Working knowledge of Upstream / Downstream processing, Cell Culture, filtration, Chromatography, bioreactors or similar
