We are seeking a top-performing sales executive or manager to help establish and grow our presence in Germany. You will play a pivotal role in introducing Numerator’s rich portfolio of survey capabilities to some of the most iconic brands in the region.

With Numerator’s survey solution, customers can launch highly targeted research based on verified purchase behaviors and rich consumer profiles – no bots, no fraud, no bad actors – eliminating unreliable screeners and minimizing recall bias, all at lightening-fast speed and a cost advantage.

This is a unique chance to build relationships in a key new market while driving sales of our innovative consumer behaviour data. We are seeking a sales professional with extensive experience in the CPG (Food, Alcohol, Beverage, Beauty) industry and a deep understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape. Additionally, you will lead and cultivate long-term client relationships as you expand Numerator’s footprint across Germany.

As this role is integral to Numerator’s presence in Germany, you will act as a key representative of our brand in the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to establish a strong foundation for growth. Success in this role will require entrepreneurial energy, a strong network within Germany’s CPG and retail industries, and a track record of success in enterprise-level sales.

What you'll be doing :

  • Spearhead Numerator’s growth in Germany by identifying and establishing relationships with leading CPG customers and retailers.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and close across all product lines by working with clients, prospects, and Numerator's account management and solution experts.
  • Prospect and build new business in assigned territory through professional networking and lead generation.
  • Uncover client business needs and develop strategies and solutions based on Numerator's unique Point of View and set of comprehensive capabilities.

The skills and experience needed in this role :

  • A strong track record of enterprise / SaaS sales experience in the German market, selling into consumer products and retailers within the functional areas of Brand Marketing, Market Research, Category Management, and / or Shopper / Consumer Insights.
  • Business Proficiency in both German and English is required.
  • Deep understanding of the German CPG and retail industries, including key players and market dynamics.
  • Knowledge and experience in the survey industry is preferred, particularly within the context of consumer goods and retail.
  • An understanding of how survey and purchase data can be integrated to provide deeper consumer insights is highly valued.
  • Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and its use for updating accounts, opportunities, and deal stages
