Join our client as a Sales Manager Coatings and lead their growth strategy in the DACH region, the heart of the European coatings market. You’ll leverage your expertise in transforming resin into paint and coatings to develop tailored account plans and turn new leads into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for the DACH region.
  • Identify and secure new leads, converting them into valued customers.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our client’s product range and applications.
  • Introduce new products to the market and onboard new customers.
  • Relay market intelligence to the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Established network in the coatings industry, especially with paint producers in the DACH region.
  • Profound understanding of market trends in the coatings industry.
