Job Description:

Responsibilities

The candidate will manage an existing portfolio and seek new clients to generate significant NBI, transaction flows, and deposits. This role requires strong coordination with Coverage Bankers in Germany and internationally, as well as colleagues from other business lines.

The candidate will also actively cross-sell with the PCM international network and other organizational units, especially Trade Finance and Factoring.

• Sell Payments & Cash Management products and services:
• Bank accounts and Virtual Account Structures
• Domestic and international payment methods
• Electronic Banking Channels
• Liquidity Management solutions (Zero Balancing and notional pooling)
• Domestic and International guarantees
• Credit Facilities associated with these products (Overdraft, Guarantees)
• FOREX Solutions
• Lead client Cash Management proposals and respond to RFPs
• Collaborate with Client Service Teams for onboarding and implementation of new products/services
• Update deals in CRM to ensure clear communication
• Monitor credit facilities (Overdrafts, Guarantees)
• Initiate credit applications in coordination with Credit & Risk teams

Profile required

• Experience in Payments & Cash Management
• Combination of relationship management and sales skills
• Strong team player with leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory environment
