This is a hybrid, full-time role with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Position Overview : As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will contribute to our business growth by developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and managing sales initiatives. Building and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities :

People Management : Lead a team, foster motivation, facilitate growth and development, and provide robust support for collective success.

  • Sales Leadership: Drive business growth through tailored sales plans and strategies, maximizing brand visibility across retail channels.
  • Account Management: Collaborate with Marketing to execute brand strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and manage budgets. Identify new business opportunities.
  • Retail Activation: Set and meet account goals, develop sales and merchandising strategies, and lead product previews to enhance retail presence.

Key Skills and Experience Required :

  • Experience in a Commercial Sales Management or Leadership role.
  • Background in FMCG or Consumer Products organizations.
  • Strong market research and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative, flexible approach with a genuine interest in building trustful relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
