  • Responsible management of the sales territory Germany North and South-West
  • Acquisition of new partners from the premium, design, and lifestyle hotel/hospitality and retail sectors
  • Onboarding and training of new and existing partners
  • Support, consultation, and revenue maximization of existing B2B customers
  • Planning and conducting customer visits, sales events, and participation in trade fairs
  • Responsibility for and execution of contract negotiations and closures
  • Implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Close collaboration with internal sales, brand activation, and B2B marketing teams

  • You are a sales talent and can inspire partners for our wonderful tea products
  • You already have professional experience in field sales or sales from the food & beverage or hotel/hospitality sectors
  • You communicate as a brand ambassador in a friendly, result- and solution-oriented manner
  • You have knowledge in visual merchandising
  • You are motivated to build something new and bring a hands-on mentality
  • You possess negotiation skills and can communicate well verbally
  • You are highly willing to travel and show a high level of initiative
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
