Qualifikationen

  • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B Softwarevertrieb oder Account Management.
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support new and existing customers in the DACH region for our TeamMate product portfolio, including solutions for internal audits, risk management, and monitoring functions.
  2. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve lead generation objectives through outreach to potential clients.
  3. Qualify and close prospective customers by understanding their business needs and compliance challenges; demonstrate product solutions via web-based applications.
  4. Migrate existing customers to the newest TeamMate platform.
  5. Maintain post-sales contact with large or strategic clients to facilitate a positive long-term relationship.
  6. Participate in organisational and team activities, and special projects to improve revenue and profitability for TeamMate.
  7. Represent Wolters Kluwer within the industry and at trade shows/conferences, developing knowledge of our products and industry trends.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and drive revenue/customer growth for the DACH region.
  9. Log and document all sales and pipeline management activities within Salesforce and other required systems in a compliant and timely manner.
  10. Address and escalate any discovered potential risks or customer dissatisfaction with urgency.
Job Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  2. Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. 3+ years’ experience in a B2B Software Field Sales or Account Management role.
  4. Ability to plan territory/account approach.
  5. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  6. Confidence and capability in articulating value propositions.
  7. Experience in carrying a quota and meeting/exceeding sales targets is preferred.
  8. Team oriented, cooperative, and flexible.
  9. Ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of people at all levels of the organization.
  10. Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
  11. Proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
  12. Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  13. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  14. Ability to act with urgency.
  15. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  16. Residence in Germany (preferably in southern Germany).
  17. Willingness to travel to customers in the DACH area.
