We’re hiring a Sales Manager, Apparel & Accessories to grow our footprint across the DACH region, with room to expand based on your network, language skills, and ambition.


What You’ll Do

You’ll be the driving force behind our apparel and accessories business in DACH - owning client relationships, seasonal performance, and the strategic development of the category.

You will:

  • Grow and manage accounts across wholesale, distributor, full-price, and off-price channels

  • Lead showroom sales in Düsseldorf and represent ULAC at trade fairs and key industry events

  • Own the full sales cycle - from market prep and order management to post-season analysis

  • Analyse sell-through data, pricing, and margin to drive strategic, data-informed decisions

  • Collaborate with teams across Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands to ensure flawless execution

  • Travel frequently to stay close to your accounts and uncover new opportunities

  • Identify and act on white space - whether it's launching new accounts or testing go-to-market ideas

Your core territory will be Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, but your scope can grow. If you bring relationships in other markets or speak additional languages, we’re open to expanding your reach. The structure is fluid - and you’ll help shape it.


Who You Are

We’re looking for someone commercially sharp and relationship-driven - someone who sees opportunity, takes ownership, and knows how to turn a “maybe” into a “yes.” You get the rhythm of fashion wholesale, build lasting client partnerships, and bring structure to a fast-moving sales cycle. You lead with initiative, think on your feet, and thrive when you can build something that truly has your name on it.

You’re a self-starter who takes initiative, enjoys independence, and has a get-it-done attitude
You’re comfortable with building from scratch, rolling up your sleeves, and figuring things out as you go
You’re analytically sharp and confident in Excel - you understand margin, line planning, and how to price to win
You communicate with clarity, adapt across stakeholders, and collaborate across diverse teams and countries

You also bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in fashion wholesale or brand-side sales

  • A solid network of retail clients or distributors in Germany (other countriesare a plus)

  • Fluency in German and English; bonus points for additional European language

  • Experience in accessories, sportswear, or legwear preferred

  • A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel regularly

  • Experience in a multi-brand or licensing-driven environment is a plus
