What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Balcony Energy Storage products in DACH markets.
  • Identify new customers, channels, and partnerships to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and end-users.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is integrated.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to achieve and exceed sales targets.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; 2+ years of experience in sales within renewable energy, energy storage or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets and build customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a keen interest in clean energy innovation.
  • Fluent in English and German.
