Jobbeschreibung

1、Capture new business opportunities to drive growth.

2、Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers.

3、Align the annual sales target with customers and monitor performance month over month.

4、Negotiate pricing, contract terms, credit lines, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.

5、Achieve 100% customer satisfaction through pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service.

6、Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow in accordance with established KPIs.

7、Support marketing activities and communication efforts to enhance the brand image.

8、Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies.

9、Collaborate actively with head office teams for support and to relay front-line feedback.

10、Travel regularly within the region to visit existing and potential clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields.
  2. Good understanding of the distribution PV market.
  3. 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry.
  4. Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset.
  5. Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets.
  6. PV technical background is a plus.
  7. Experience with utilities, EPCs, and IPPs is preferred.
  8. Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit.
  9. Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to influence various customer levels from procurement to C-suite.
  10. Quick learner with street-smart insights.

Language and mobility requirements:

  1. Proficiency in written and spoken English and the local language.
  2. Willingness to travel regularly and on short notice, including abroad.
  3. Residence in South Germany or Nordrhein-Westfalen is preferred.
