Jobbeschreibung

MasterSearch are currently working with a leading, innovative Industrial company with a strong business unit in Cryogenics Vacuum and Vacuum Robotics for various industries.

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to be responsible for customers across Germany / other areas of Europe in Semiconductor, Scientific and similar markets. This role will manage several important customers as well as winning new customers across Germany and possibly some surrounding countries for the right person.

Location – Home-office Germany

Reporting line – Head of Sales

Main Responsibilities;

  • Work to develop a sales strategy together with Head of Sales to identify, target and secure new customers in the target market segments and applications
  • Spot and find new business areas in similar or related industries
  • Support and grow a profitable sales territory by building and maintaining strong customer relations
  • Drive the business forward by providing customers with “high level” assistance through advanced solution selling and value-added engineering
  • Respond to customer requests for quotation, technical support, customer service etc. by effectively utilising resources available
  • To actively identify areas of new business and potential customers within the territory and researching fresh business and market opportunities
  • To be fully conversant with products and keep up to date with new technological developments.Full training will be provided on an ongoing basis
  • Responsible for the completion and submission of any tenders

Profile;

  • Results driven with a proven track record of managing both existing and new business
  • Excellent at driving projects forward and confident making strategic business decisions
  • Available for travel to key customers and to company office if required
  • Excellent solutions selling ability

Languages;

  • Fluent in both German and English
