We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales and leadership skills, combined with a deep understanding of market strategies and trends.
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure distribution clients for photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage inverters in the German market.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with distributors.
- Evaluate market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations and promote business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the inverter industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the German inverter market.
- Established network of distribution partners in Germany.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and English (C1 level).
