Sales Manager – Germany & Northern Europe

As Sales Manager for Germany and Northern Europe , you will be responsible for growing the company’s footprint in the region, with a focus on acquiring and developing clients from the food processing, packaging, and manufacturing sectors . You will work closely with internal technical teams to offer tailored, value-adding solutions and act as a strategic partner to key accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients across Germany and Northern Europe
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the food industry and related segments
  • Act as a trusted commercial interface between clients and internal engineering / service teams
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and on-site customer visits
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to the regional commercial strategy
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement and responsive support

Your Profile :

  • Native-level German and professional English proficiency
  • Solid track record in B2B sales, ideally with customers from the food manufacturing or food packaging industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
