Job Summary
The International Sales Manager for MPOB/IRP will be responsible for planning, developing, and leading the implementation of commercial strategies aligned with our company targets to accelerate growth. The role involves direct leadership and development of the sales organization, product management, customer experience, and collaboration with operations and external partners. This leader will manage teams impacting business growth (Sales, Product Management, Applications, and Inside Sales) and will be accountable for meeting and exceeding orders, revenue growth targets, increasing market share, and expanding margins. The individual will be a key member of the business leadership team, participating in strategy meetings and business reviews. The position is based in Germany, overseeing all of Europe.
