With a strong focus on technology and sustainability, we are expanding our presence in the European market and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Germany.

Position Overview :

As the Sales Manager for Electrical Transformers, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in Germany. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for transformer products in the German market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Utility Companies, EPC's and Industrial players, including key stakeholders, including engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers in the energy and industrial sectors.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our transformers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the German market.
• Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the electrical or transformer industry.
• Strong understanding of transformer products and their applications in various sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
