Jobbeschreibung

The Sales Manager, New Logo will focus on driving customer acquisition and achieving revenue growth objectives through strategic engagement with new clients.

This role is responsible for expanding Enghouse Interactive’s market share by establishing and cultivating relationships, building a qualified pipeline of prospective clients. The ideal candidate will bring innovative thought leadership, presenting compelling solutions and insights that create demand for Enghouse products and services. This includes educating potential clients on industry trends, best practices, and aligning solutions to their needs.

The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of effective sales strategies, successfully closing new deals to drive revenue growth. This is a remote role, reporting to the Regional VP Sales.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and align Enghouse solutions to identify and qualify opportunities, as well as create and close commitments of commercial value for the company.
  • Generate and execute a business plan with clear strategies focused on providing key services to target sectors, aligned with Enghouse solutions.
  • Present and sell the Enghouse Solution in coordination with pre-sales teams.
  • Evangelize about Enghouse solutions and be a great representative of the product.
  • Lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and partners at executive and business levels.
  • Create visibility around the Enghouse solution by networking with top influencers.
  • Participate in industry events, activities, and organizations.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Extensive experience in selling Omnichannel Contact Center Solutions / Contact Center Solutions.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Proven success in selling complex technology solutions.
  • Experience managing metrics and KPIs.
  • Desire to be part of a multicultural team committed to transforming customer engagement and collaboration.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and knowledge about technology, with a focus on promoting innovation and presenting Enghouse as a business solution.
  • Ability to lead project teams to achieve results in a complex matrix environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to create action plans and organize teams to deliver solutions.
  • Excellent listening, relationship-building, and trust-establishing skills across multiple areas.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and conversational skills.
