Job Responsibilities
- Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
- Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers
- Align the annual sales target with customers and monitor performance month over month
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, manage credit lines, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
- Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIs
- Support marketing activities and communication to enhance brand image
- Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies
- Collaborate actively with head office teams to receive support and provide feedback from the front line
- Travel regularly within the region to visit existing and potential clients
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
- Good understanding of the distribution PV market
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
- Experience working in multinational companies with a global mindset
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets
- PV technical background is a plus
- Experience with utilities, EPCs, and IPPs preferred
- Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from procurement teams to C-suite executives
- Fast learner with street smarts
Additional Skills and Preferences
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including abroad on short notice
- Location in South Germany or Nordrhein-Westfalen is preferred
