Job Responsibilities
  1. Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
  2. Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers
  3. Align the annual sales target with customers and monitor performance month over month
  4. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, manage credit lines, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
  5. Achieve 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
  6. Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIs
  7. Support marketing activities and communication to enhance brand image
  8. Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies
  9. Collaborate actively with head office teams to receive support and provide feedback from the front line
  10. Travel regularly within the region to visit existing and potential clients
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
  2. Good understanding of the distribution PV market
  3. 5+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
  4. Experience working in multinational companies with a global mindset
  5. Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets
  6. PV technical background is a plus
  7. Experience with utilities, EPCs, and IPPs preferred
  8. Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit
  9. Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from procurement teams to C-suite executives
  10. Fast learner with street smarts
Additional Skills and Preferences
  1. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language
  2. Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including abroad on short notice
  3. Location in South Germany or Nordrhein-Westfalen is preferred
