Job description

You will be trained in treatment protocols and product sales from these major brands. These trainings, which lead to a certificate recognized by well-being professionals, open up global opportunities for you.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive, personalized, and unique experiences to each customer.
• Maintaining a relaxing, Zen attitude that helps clients feel at ease.
• Taking on new challenges to develop the Spa's turnover through products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also:

• Benefit from professional training on protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes, or Payot.
• Assist the Spa Manager in organizing and managing the spa.
• Welcome clients and organize their treatment schedules.
• Promote, advise, and sell treatments and beauty products to increase the Spa’s turnover.
• Perform various beauty massages (Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stones, Balinese) according to brand procedures.
• Guarantee service quality, client satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Monitor and control the training level of the spa team.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards and hygiene and safety rules.
• Promote your activities within the Village.
