Jobbeschreibung

1、Capture new business opportunities to drive growth.

2、Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers.

3、Align the annual sales targets with customers and monitor performance month over month.

4、Negotiate pricing, contract terms, manage credit lines, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.

5、Achieve 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service.

6、Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs.

7、Support marketing activities and communication to enhance the brand image.

8、Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies.

9、Actively collaborate with head office teams to obtain support and feedback on front-line information.

10、Travel regularly within the region to visit existing and potential clients.

11、Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields.

12、Good understanding of the distribution PV market.

13、At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry.

14、Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset.

15、Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets.

16、PV technical background is a plus.

17、Experience with utilities, EPCs, and IPPs is preferred.

18、Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit.

19、Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from procurement teams to C-suite executives.

20、A fast learner with street smarts.

21、Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language.

22、Able to travel regularly and on short notice, including abroad.

23、Residence in South Germany or Nordrhein-Westfalen is preferable.
