We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets, expanding our distribution network, and penetrating key industries. This role requires a deep understanding of laser cutting technology, strong B2B sales skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution :
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to ensure the achievement of annual sales revenue targets.
  3. Focus on achieving sales and profit objectives by optimizing the dealer structure and enhancing the distribution network.
  4. Effectively penetrate related industries, including sheet metal, ships, steel structures, vehicles, and other major customers, seeking high-gross-profit opportunities.
  5. Identify and capitalize on high-profit industries and customer opportunities beyond the sheet metal industry.
  6. Deep understanding of German business etiquette and the decision-making processes of industrial clients.
  7. Promote cross-cultural team collaboration between local and Chinese teams.

Qualifications :

  1. Technical Skills :
  2. In-depth knowledge of laser cutting technology (fiber / CO2 lasers), equipment parameters, and industry applications.
  3. Familiarity with the German industrial market, particularly in metal processing and manufacturing sectors.
  4. Proven B2B sales expertise with a track record of developing major accounts and managing complex projects independently.
  5. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer pain points and deliver value-driven solutions.

Industry Experience :

  1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the laser cutting machine or sheet metal processing equipment industry.
  2. Established network and customer resources in the German metal processing and manufacturing sectors are a plus.

Language Skills :

  1. Fluency in German or English (essential for international collaboration).
  2. Proficiency in Chinese is required.
