1、Capture new business opportunities to drive growth

2、Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customers

3、Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month

4、Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and ensure timely account receivable collections

5、Achieve 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service

6、Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs

7、Support marketing activities and communication efforts to improve the brand image

8、Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies

9、Actively collaborate with head office teams to receive support and feedback on front-line information

10、Travel regularly within the region to visit existing and potential clients

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
  2. Good understanding of the distribution PV market
  3. 5+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
  4. Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset
  5. Proven success in achieving sales targets
  6. PV technical background is a plus
  7. Experience with utilities, EPCs, and IPPs preferred
  8. Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit
  9. Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing various customer levels from procurement to C-suite
  10. Fast learner and street smart

Language and Mobility:

  1. Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language
  2. Able to travel regularly and on short notice, including abroad
  3. Residence in South Germany or Nordrhein-Westfalen is preferred
