Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales targets of the country where located, and lead the local team to complete the designated market share and brand development tasks;
- Develop key customers in target industries and achieve key customer sales performance tasks;
- Connect key projects with power plants, grid operators, power company IPP & EPC, C&I, and household energy storage customers to establish long-term cooperative relationships; manage payment collection from lead to cash, handle customer complaints, and maintain after-sales service commitments;
- Interact and persuade customer decision-makers in the value chain, and be responsible for customer management and financial risk management;
- Collect and analyze the latest local policy and competition information, including market demand trends, government policies, and major competitors' performance, to inform market strategy and sales decisions;
- Participate in industry exhibitions and summits to promote brand activities;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications, Competencies & Behavior:
- Local nationality with more than 5 years of management experience in power companies, grid operators, or power plants;
- Bachelor's degree or above, with extensive knowledge in sales business development and subsidiary management;
- Possess abundant cooperation customer resources in utility-scale, industrial, commercial, and household sectors;
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the local language; proficiency in a second foreign language or multicultural experience is preferred;
- Familiar with the entire process of B2B international business transactions and trade knowledge;
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and teamwork spirit;
- Honest, trustworthy, responsible, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure.
