About the position

As a Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of pre-sales and sales of our spaces, as well as customer success, retention, and upselling. You will play a pivotal role in our sales efforts through lead qualification and deal closing.

What will you be responsible for:

Pre-sale and Sales

  • Qualify SMB leads — convert them into tours and closed deals (both inbound & outbound)
  • Understand customer needs to ensure solutions meet expectations across all areas — functional, service, timeline, budget, quality, etc.
  • Provide suitable proposal offers (Office+AR) based on Mindspace guidelines
  • Follow up with customers, maintaining open and consistent communication
  • Collaborate closely with the Community Manager for smooth onboarding

Customer Success — Retention and Upsell

  • Analyze and optimize sales targets (Office+AR) for each SMB customer
  • Identify new needs or challenges and forecast future expansion opportunities
  • Ensure timely resolution of any payment issues on a monthly basis
  • Implement SMB retention strategies
  • Support the Customer Experience team with member support and service
