Are you eager to make an impact in a 1B Euro international manufacturing company? I am exclusively partnered with a global powerhouse in the manufacturing industry, seeking a Sales Manager based in Germany. There is currently a gap in the team for a specialist in business development and customer management. If you believe you can fill this gap, please read below!

Responsibilities

  1. Spearhead the development of non-automotive industries (Off-highway).
  2. Coordinate multifunctional international collaboration between internal divisions.
  3. Develop roadmaps and strategies within relevant industries.
  4. Create key accounts and take responsibility for growing your own team.
  5. Serve as the 'expert' within the business and the primary contact for customers.

What makes you a good fit?

  1. Sales or technical sales experience within the off-highway industry (regional scope at minimum).
  2. At least 3 years of sales or key account management experience in the off-highway industry.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Flexibility to travel to meet new customers.
  5. Exceptional market knowledge and a strong network within the industry.
  6. A confident sales approach, ready to join and hit the ground running.
