About the role:

As a Sales Management Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and optimizing dealer network operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring dealer compliance, and enhancing customer experience to achieve sustainable business growth in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive dealer commercial policies covering sales processes, service standards, and NPS improvement frameworks.
  • Oversee end-to-end dealer incentive programs including rebate calculation, settlement processing, and dispute resolution.
  • Lead the collection and analysis of sales/NPS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for network-wide improvement.
  • Enhance dealer-facing platforms (e.g. CRM) and develop efficient reporting dashboards.
  • Perform business reviews with dealers to assess performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on policy compliance across the network, conducting audits as needed.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in automotive sales operations, preferably within an OEM or large dealer group.
  • Customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, communication skills and project management capability with attention to detail.
  • Willing to take frequent business travel nationwide.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and intercultural environment.
