What will you do :

After comprehensive training on our products, sectors, and Light division strategy, you will lead the largest region in Germany (East-South) and serve as the primary contact for senior EU leaders on German-related matters.

  • Manage the sales budget for your region(s) with a focus on growth, innovation, and digitally enabled solutions.
  • Provide commercial guidance to the Field Sales Team.
  • Report to the Sales Executive Central / CEE; collaborate to establish action plans and sales targets aligned with strategic goals. Drive product introductions and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Oversee commercial activities such as follow-up on Total Value Delivery (TVD), pricing, orders, and coordinate with customer service; assume P&L responsibilities.
  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals, working with other regional teams in Germany to meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with regional partners.
  • Enhance sales team skills through professional training and field visits to key accounts.
  • Manage technical support to address all technical inquiries related to our products.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the industrial sector.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering, water treatment, chemistry, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of leadership or managerial experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong drive for growth through challenging experiences.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Based in Germany (remote work acceptable).
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in value selling management within B2B and matrix organizations.
