What will you do :

Following intensive training on products, sectors, and our Light production approach, you will lead the largest region in Germany (East-South) and serve as the primary contact for senior EU leaders on German-related matters.

  • Managing the sales budget for your region(s) with a focus on achieving growth through innovative and digitally enabled solutions.
  • Providing commercial guidance to the Field Sales Team.
  • Reporting to the Sales Executive Central / CEE, establishing your action plan and sales targets based on strategic agreements, introducing new products, and planning business growth strategies.
  • Overseeing commercial activities such as follow-up on Total Value Delivery (TVD), pricing, and orders, in collaboration with customer service, with P&L responsibilities.
  • Coaching and leading a team that includes sales professionals, working with other regions in Germany to meet sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with regional partners.
  • Enhancing sales team skills through professional training and key account visits.
  • Managing technical support for product-related inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the industrial sector.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering, water treatment, chemistry, or related fields.
  • At least 8+ years of leadership or managerial experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Based in Germany (remote work possible).
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in value selling management in B2B and matrix organizational contexts.
